Here is a young mom who endured such an unexpected double whammy yet somehow managed to write an engaging and inspiring book about it that made me laugh and didn't scare the bejesus out of me. She has a wonderfully charming sense of humor, which always appeared in just the right spots. ("Wig Shop Arthur" had me laughing out loud.) Another fun surprise was seeing photos of her and her beautiful family peppered throughout the book... it made her very personal story that much more real. BTW, her calming and compassionate husband, Grant, raises the bar sky high for all men and this book should be required reading for husbands and partners of any woman facing a serious health challenge.As I read the book, Stephanie became the fearless and funny friend we all wished we had. With every challenge she faced, I could just imagine her exclaiming, "Bring it on!"
